The Great Gods of Samothrace and Athena of the Acropolis

 

Museum visitors have the opportunity to participate in a journey to the sanctuary of the Great Gods of Samothrace and the sanctuary of Athena on the Acropolis. They will discover these two spaces, their divine protagonists, the myths, the rituals, the presence and aspirations of their ancient visitors, through archaeological finds, landscapes and sounds. The gallery talk 'The Great Gods of Samothrace and Athena of the Acropolis' is taking place on the occasion of the temporary exhibition ‘Samothrace. The mysteries of the Great Gods’.

Greek: every Friday, 8 p.m.

English: every Friday, 6 p.m.

Duration: 60 minutes

Participation: Limited to 30 visitors per session. For registration, please refer to the Information Desk at the Museum entrance on the same day. The gallery talk is free of charge. Only the admission fee to the temporary exhibition is required. First-in first-served.
