Part of a rider figurine found in 1875 during one of the Acropolis excavation campaigns. The man leans slightly forward and his torso bents to the right. He wears possibly a form fitting cuirass or a tight garment that outlines his figure. His chlamys that covers his back is pinned on the front, on his chest, right beneath his neck. His right arm would have been raised and his left stretched out. Traces of white slip are retained all over the figurine surface.
