Part of a plate decorated in the black-figure technique. It was found in 1957 at the Sanctuary of the Nymphe in three fragments and was pieced together.

The floor of the plate is decorated with a scene from the ecstatic worship of Dionysos. The god stands in the middle wrapped in his richly decorated himation. He is surrounded by four naked komasts who are dancing and making funny or improper gestures. They have plump bellies and bottoms that stick out. Three of them are wearing wreaths rendered with white colour on their heads, while two have wreaths around their left wrists.

The rim of the vessel is decorated with a double row of ivy leaves.
