Loutrophoros-hydria decorated in the black-figure technique. It was found in 1957 at the Sanctuary of the Nymphe in fragments, was pieced together and restored.

On the vessel’s neck a procession of four women moving towards the right is depicted. The body of the vase is decorated with two scenes, one on each side. The main scene presents two sitting Sphinxes, while the other shows felines, possibly lions, sitting between the handles. The lower part of the vessel is decorated with rays, whereas the handles and the foot are covered with dots and horizontal lines.
