Almost intact lekythos found in 1960 on the south slope of the Acropolis. The base is ring-shaped, the body spherical and the funnel-shaped mouth sharply set off from the shoulder with a raised ridge at the junction with the body. It has a single vertical, strap handle. The vessel’s exterior bears dull black glaze that varies from reddish to brown-black.
