Lekythos decorated in the black-figure technique. It was found incomplete in 1957 at the Sanctuary of the Nymphe.

On the vase’s body a rider is depicted. Dressed in a chlamys, he fights against an armed, on foot, figure, perhaps a warrior or an Amazon. This figure wears an Attic-type helmet and holds a circular shield and spear, while a sword dangles from a belt on her back. The scene is framed by two men wearing himatia and holding spears. A simple line defines the upper edge of the scene and the vessel’s shoulder is decorated with two lions facing each other.
