Ware mended from many fragments and restored, used in everyday housework. It was found in 1961 at the excavation of the Angelopoulos plot to the south of the Acropolis. The base is ring-shaped, the body deep with overhanging rim and horizontal handles. Traces of yellowish slip are retained on the vessel’s exterior.

The preserved lead clasps were used during antiquity for mending the pot’s broken walls.

Pots of this type were used regularly during housework, like laundry, kneading dough, cooking and serving food.
