It belongs possibly to a multiple-nozzle lamp found during the excavations conducted on the Acropolis.

It is low with almost straight walls and flat rim. The nozzle is short and the wick-hole circular. Grey slip covers the exterior body walls and black glazing the inside, the nozzle, the rim circumference and a small part of the body.

It may have been attached, along with many other lamps of the same type, to a hollow base in the form of a ring as was lamp Ακρ. 5554.
