Bibliography

Intact jug found in 1937 on the north slope of the Acropolis. Its base is ring-shaped, the body globular, the neck concave with rounded flaring lip and a high swung handle. Black glaze covers the base and the neck, inside and out, and a narrow horizontal band of the same colour surrounds the body just below the handle.
