Jug mended and restored. It was found in 1957 on the south slope of the Acropolis.

It is ring-based and the body is ovoid and slender. Around the cylindrical neck run shallow and narrow horizontal grooves. The outturned rim forms two triangular projections. The vertical handle rises above the mouth and the thumb rest made of added clay on its top most possibly facilitated serving the vessel’s content. Dull black glaze covers the exterior except for the lowest part of the body and the base that remain in clay-colour. Bands of short vertical impressed lines decorate the body.
