Small part of a raking cornice that has been pieced together from two fragments of poros limestone. It belongs to the archaic Parthenon or Hekatompedon.

It is decorated with an aquatic bird with outspread wings from which only part of one wing survives. The wing is rendered in relief scales that alternate red and blue colour. The bird is most likely similar to those depicted on other parts of the cornice such as the fragments Ακρ. 22, Ακρ. 22 β and Ακρ. 22 γ from the decoration of the same archaic building.
