Part of the cornice crowning the pediment of the Hekatompedon. It was found in fragments, reassembled and restored.

The cornice’s underside is decorated with an engraved lotus flower accentuated with colour. The calyx of the flower is formed by green sepals with a red outline and two rows of petals, painted yellow and red. On top of the cornice the roof-gutter (Ακρ. 5915) bears engraved decoration of a chain of palmettes, spirals and lotus flowers.
