Black-glazed fish-plate with broken rim. It was found in 1959 on the south slope of the Acropolis.

It has a ring foot, shallow and broad body with a central depression on its floor and overhanging rim. The whole pot is covered in black glaze, red-brown in places due to firing conditions, except for the scrapped grooves around the depression and outer edge of floor and a groove at the junction of body and foot. The base’s pointed underside, left unglazed, is decorated with black concentric circles.
