Handmade figurine with both arms broken. It was probably found in the Temple of Athena Nike during the excavations conducted at the site between 1935-1937 or 1939-1940. It depicts schematically a standing figure with open arms. Its base is conical, the lowest part of the body tubular and the head pinched. Wrapped around the top of the head is a wide clay strip. All over the surface preserved are traces of white slip and brown-red colour whereas the figurine’s upper part is burnt.

The figurine was a dedication at one of the Acropolis shrines. Although it is difficult to determine whether the figure is male or female, figurines of this type most possibly depict women who may be goddesses or mere dedicants.
