Sound-stories for strange divine births

The wisest of all goddesses was born from the head of her father! The strongest of all heroes, while infant, strangled two gigantic snakes! Ancient Greek myths are so strange but at the same time so fascinating! The Museum invites children and their attendants to take part in an interactive festive program for divine births; to express themselves through music and to create an audio background to frame the stories.

The program is carried out by the Acropolis Museum in collaboration with the musician/music-educator Chara Asimina for participation in the intergenerational seminar “Across Generations” organized by the Goethe- Institute Athens.
