Amphora mended from many fragments and restored. It was found in 1937 on the north slope of the Acropolis.
The globular body rests on a ring-shaped foot and the low neck is topped with a wide and horizontal outturned rim. The vertical handles are attached to the shoulder. The holes opened through the walls were made and restored in antiquity. The vessel, apart from the wheel-made rim, is handmade.
