Bibliography

It belongs to the figurine of a woman and was unearthed during the Acropolis excavation campaigns. The head tilts barely to the left. The face is ovoid, the eyes, deep in their sockets, are almond-shaped and the full lips half-open. The hair is rolled up into a knot and the band around the head is adorned with leaves and ivy fruit. The woman wears hoop-shaped earrings. Traces of yellow colour are retained on the hair and white slip all over the surface.
