Fragment from the lower right corner of a relief plaque that features Athena mounting a chariot. It was unearthed during one of the Acropolis excavation expeditions.

Preserved are part of Athena’s left leg, her chiton's hem and the edge of her himation. The goddess steps on the projecting horizontal band that denotes the ground. The plaque surface retains traces of white slip which served as the undercoat for the plaque’s final painting. Remnants of light-blue, grey and red colour can also still be seen.
