Bibliography

Upper part of a female figurine probably found to the northeast of the Propylaia. The body is handmade whereas the head mouldmade. The figure sits on a three-legged throne, wears a necklace and has a rayed stephane on the head. Traces of white slip, as well as red and yellowish paint are preserved all over the figurine’s surface.

The figurine was dedicated at one of the Acropolis' sanctuaries and depicts possibly one of the worshipped deities on the hill.
