Intact pyxis with lid found in 1961 during the excavation of the Angelopoulos plot. It comes from Burial 3 and was deposited as a burial offering together with eight more intact pots and other vessels’ fragments.

The body is elongated and pointed with low neck and slightly outturned rim. The lid is also low and conical with a knob. On the outer edge of both the rim and cover holes indicate that both elements, the vessel and its lid, were suspended together with a rope or cord. The pot’s surface is fully covered in a variety of geometric motifs such as triangles, diagonal and vertical lines, chess motif and dots.
