Loutrophoros-amphora decorated in the black-figure technique. It was found in 1957 in the Sanctuary of the Nymphe in fragments and was reassembled.

The vase’s rim is covered by a black thick line, originally overpainted with added white colour. Black bands cover the handles, the middle of the body and the vase’s base. On the neck of the vase, a procession of three men is depicted on both sides. A similar procession, this time consisting of four men, decorates each side of the loutrophoros’ body. The figures’ garments are decorated with deep red brush strokes. Finally, the lowest part of the vessel is adorned with rays.
