Votive relief with female breasts from the Sanctuary of Asklepios. One breast is broken. At the bottom of the plaque is inscribed ΦΙΛΗ ΑΣΚΛΗΠΙΩ, “Phile (dedicates) to Asklepios”.

It is one of the innumerable votives to Asklepios offered to the god by patients either with the hope that he would cure their affected bodypart, in this case the patient’s breasts, or to express their gratitude for having being healed.
