During your visit, please make sure to keep in mind the following:
- Regular hand washing and the use of hand sanitizer are required: hand sanitizer dispensers are available throughout the Museum.
- The use of credit cards is encouraged in all financial transactions in the Museum.
- Visitors are encouraged to acquire general admission tickets via the e-ticketing service. Reduced admission and free admission tickets can be obtained exclusively from the Museum Ticket Desk, provided that visitors present the necessary eligibility documents. Read more.
Group visits - guided tours
- Bookings for groups (10 - 40 persons) are made either by telephone at 210 9000903, Monday through Friday, 9 am - 5 pm, or online at [email protected]
- Guided tours of groups of 5 persons or more must be conducted with the use of the Whisper System. Please note that the Museum does not provide this equipment.
School visits
- Maximum participation in independent school visits is limited to 25 visitors per school group (students and teachers).
- Independent guided tours of school groups of 5 students or more must be conducted with the use of the Whisper System. Please note that the Museum does not provide this equipment.
- Maximum participation in Museum’s educational programs is limited to 25 visitors per school group (students and teachers) and 2 school groups per program.
- The Museum’s educational programmes are conducted with the use of individual hearing devices (whisper), as long as they facilitate their conduct. The devices are provided by the Museum free of charge.

The following Museum services/facilities will not be provided to visitors for health protection reasons until further notice:

- Family backpacks on loan
- Baby strollers on loan
- Short Guide to the Museum written in Braille
- Multimedia center on the second floor
